Biz Kids was a huge success today. Thank you to our Year 7 & 8 students and teachers for all their effort. There were lots of goodies being purchased, so students will be coming home with a variety of treasures from the market!
Reminder
Tomorrow, Nixon and Miller Hill will be principal’s for the day alongside their deputies - Lola and Leilani. This was an auction prize won by their parents at the Quiz Night.
Students can:
Wear mufti or their PJs to school.
Bring a can or non-perishable food item to school which will be put into a Christmas Hamper and be given to those in need at Christmas time. This initiative is led by the Salvation Army.
Hilltop School also supports the ‘Kiwi Christmas Books’ initiative. Donations of brand new books are given to families who would otherwise go without at Christmas time. Our box is placed in the school office so if you are able to, please donate a brand new book to support those in need at Christmas.
Have a great week!

Biz Kids was a fantastic experience for our class. The anticipation was certainly worth it and we all had a great time browsing and buying some very cool products. Thank you Ruapehu Maunga!
Ruapehu
Biz Kid$ was a fantastic experience for all Hilltop students! Especially for year seven and year eight, who have been preparing for this for many weeks. Going through all the stress of hiring employees, paying back your 110 Bart loan, and making enough products to sell to all the Hilltop students and adults. Many community members came to look at Team Ruapehu students' products. Biz Kid$ was such a blast; the noise level broke records. The stands were decorated amazingly with dazzling colours that brightened the hall! Thank you to everyone who helped our businesses/Bart.
