Kia ora koutou,
The disco was a great success last week, the students had a fabulous time and there was such a great vibe! It was nice to see our students coming together and having fun. Events such as these enhance our school culture. It was nice seeing all the parents/whanau collecting their tamariki/children at the end of each disco too. Our last school disco was in 2018!

A special mention to the following for all of their help and support with the disco:
- DJ AJ & Pixx for keeping everyone entertained
- Caretaker Paul for all his help with setting up/clean up
- Room 19 for donating the glow sticks
- AVP Lights
- Get Set Event Hire
- Yum Food Company for donating the water cups
- Dropzone Taupo for donating some spot prizes
- Kona Kones for donating some spot prizes
- Steven James & Amanda Byrne for donating some spot prizes
Also a big thank you to all of the staff and parents that helped out on the night.
Over the weekend I had the pleasure of listening to one of our student’s first ever single. Sienna Stewart - otherwise known as…. Sienna Storm.
Recently, Sienna spent the day in the recording studio in Auckland with Vince Harder - New Zealand R&B/pop recording artist and producer - who has produced this cover ‘That Part’ and another song that Sienna’s got coming out in 3 weeks time.
Her Facebook is Sienna Storm #Music
And her Insta is siennastorm_music
Sienna’s song is out on Spotify, YouTube and iTunes.
Have a great week!
Ngā mihi nui,
